More like a family
Only 7.5% of high school players play in college, and only 2% of college players get drafted. So we coach life skills — teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability and discipline — as hard as we coach baseball.
We use positive language and build trust. If you think yelling at kids when they make mistakes is the best approach, we aren't the program for you.
Our philosophy
Building it one rep at a time
Take a look at a Crush pitching session. We break the motion into pieces and repeat it until it becomes muscle memory, with coaches cheering the effort and helping players fix their own mechanics.
